PARKLAND FL, February 5 2026 — At the end of February, Lonny Anger (Nu) will return to Israel on his Third Annual Brotherhood Mission with Jewish National Fund–USA (JNF-USA), continuing a hands-on commitment to helping communities affected by the tragic events of October 7 and the ongoing recovery that followed.
The Brotherhood Mission brings together men from across the country to volunteer directly in rebuilding, humanitarian aid, and community support efforts. Participants fund their own travel so that every donated dollar goes directly to the people and programs in need.
What makes Lonny’s participation especially impactful is how he brings his professional expertise into service. A licensed general contractor, Lonny will once again lead a construction project on the ground, helping rebuild and strengthen infrastructure in communities that have been displaced or damaged.
On past missions, he has overseen hands-on builds, including the construction of temporary pickleball courts on IDF bases, providing soldiers with a much-needed outlet for physical activity, stress relief, and morale.
Beyond construction, Brotherhood Mission volunteers assist with rehabilitative and PTSD programs, support families and displaced residents, help revive small businesses and farms, and spend meaningful time with IDF soldiers — sharing meals, encouragement, and solidarity. These moments of connection reflect the true meaning of fraternity: standing together, even oceans away.
This will be Lonny’s third mission, a testament to the impact he has witnessed firsthand and his belief that service is not a one-time act, but a lifelong responsibility.
